There two types of American Tv channels..one general type nationwide free to air channel(ABC,CBS,CW,FOX,NBC) wide and one cable/DTh  premium type (HBO,SHOWTIME,CINEMAX,STARZ)
The nationwide free-to-air channels are heavily censored and Premium channel are just opposite.. Telemundo is owned by NBC network and free-to-air so all their products are meant to be censored.. I thought at least it on Web platform ,so some nudity will be shown but

What I understand that is It's an American channel for American Latinos but almost large percentage of viewers are non American Latinos..so the production don't even listen them
