So the day those rules became active many countries were meet by a "403 Forbidden" error page.

Use a webproxy hosted outside the EU and you can access it.  Try You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login as it seems reliable.

I had the same issue. Try using a VPN - that helped for me.

Suspect you need a VPN to be able to upload and download.

Zippyshare  forbidden in United Kingdom, Spain, Finnland & Germany

Zs is banned also in Italy. I use a vpn extension on Firefox with swiss ip yo avoid this problem
