ZS is blocked only in EU community. Then in Switzerland, UK and other European country that are not in EU community or outside it all around the world works.

It is blocked by individual countries, and not a decision of the European Commission.
Here in NL, ZS just works, without restrictions.

not a EU decision, was a ZS decision against the copyright laws and made selective block. At least this was the rumors in 2019.

I use hoxx vpn extension on firefox and Swiss IP and works with zippyshare

To use zippyshare you can also use the tor browser

In Spain is also blocked, but Opera VPN works
