If you're using a computer you could download BlueStacks (Google it). It allows mobile apps to be used on computers. I use it with windows 11 and it works for Bigo and Facecast. I haven't tried Flow.

How to access the Flow app?
To access the Flow app, the first thing you have to do is download it from your Play Store (Android) or from your Apple Store (iOS). Keep in mind that it practically doesn't take up any space on the device you choose to download it from. Once you have the app downloaded, you have to create a username and password to access it, if you don't have an account. If you have a Personal mobile line, you don't need to register; you can log in with your line number and My Personal Flow password. It's useless, you can only access if you have contracted their TV service.
