VV and other BB live streams are different than a show like Dating Naked.

DN / Love Island/ Hotel Eden, etc series are recorded a year before they release the season. They edit them and are aware of what they will show. If there was backlash (let's say too much cock on tv), the producers could go back to the editors and say to blur/reduce/ use other shots in future episodes. They control the end product for the network.

The live feeds are in real time, unless they have a 2 minute delay like other live events (Super Bowl) to censor any issues. I doubt VV has delays, but they do loop back the feed for viewers instead of cutting the feed like last year.

Because the live feeds are in real time, producers can't control what people do and can't edit it out (if people fight, yell, etc) they can control what we see in the direct feeds though. Producers are aware of the nudes floating from the feeds. People go to the VV 12 reddit asking for them to be posted. If producers were told by the network, no explicit sex, producers are now less likely to push that material on the feed because they aware people are recording the streams and posting it in real time. They probably assumed no one would be recording a strict geo-locked stream 24/7 and posting material from the feed.

The precaution we had was to avoid posting the live feed nudity/sex immediately this season and focusing on the approved episode nudity instead, so producers felt safer and didn't worry about any of their decisions showing more explicits having repercussions.

The idea of the feeds is that people only watch it once in real time. If they wanted people to view an entire day's feed as a replay, they'd have them posted on RTL+. They don't.

Now people are complaining about censoring or bored with the showers. What did they think would happen if the show is aware of the constant posting of those things? They'd just think, if we don't show it on the live, they can't record and post it.

Let's say pornhub was a sponsor and said to VV producers, "we'll give you 2M to give us exclusive explicit videos / live stream from the house to show on our platform for our subscribers". The live feed producers would have a different directive on that material. The housemates aren't making porn, but are aware they are recorded 24/7 and everything is fair game in their contract. So whatever happens can be sold/used even if its pure sex, nudity. 

There's a new Portuguese live reality show is saying they will have 24/7 cams in the bedroom + other rooms and won't censure. If that's true, then they have no restrictions from any network/sponsor. It actually would bring them money if it ends up being true. That show could become the new VV for reality tv explicit content.
