I just wished the other housemates who didn't shower naked would have had and especially the girls. Just a couple of years ago we were getting fully explicit sex and stuff and since the live stream 2 years ago i feel the show has gone downhill and not the same. It was one of the best shows but i feel now it's now censored like all the other shows sadly.

It's still a lot less censored than most other shows these days. If people don't want to shower naked, the production can't really do much about it.

The main thing that changed with this series is the scandalous nature of it. Previous seasons had production giving exclusive sex content and HD nude photos to outside agencies to ramp up publicity. That is gone now. No other news sites posted about VV. It was all RTL and it was non-sex stories. They stopped explicit material and unless that stance changes, don't expect it to revert to the old format.

I agree that participants don't have to shower naked and are not expected to have sex, that's not the point of the show. The production team clearly was having difficulty balancing female nudity without being perceived as exploiting the girls's privacy when they made it clear they were avoiding showing nudity by covering up.

If it's out in the open it should be fair game for both men and women for production to show.

The issue is the main cam feed. They need multiple cams to avoid everyone watching the main feed where the camera guys were angling their shots to get the women. If they had multi-cams, things would be much better and the producers wouldn't have to worry about the nudity or sex being a focus point for all the viewers.

That's why BeloVV was good, it let producers take the nude material recorded and compile it however they wanted and no one would have to see the camera guys scrambling to get the nude slips.

The show is probably on its last legs. I'm not going to stress about next year's season.

Yes a cam for the bathroom only that would focus on the showers but not sure if they will do it for next year. We will have to wait and see but i would love to see this happen.

I hated the scenes of the guys showering where they only showed them from the waist up.

I think RTL stopped pushing the explicit stuff because they were pushing it a little too hard on VV7-VV9 and everyone got tired of it. That 3 seasons we consistently had a couple who had sex without trying to cover up. Való Világ became a show where everyone is a hooker/escort/porn actress and they only go in to have sex in front of the cameras, at least in the eye of the masses. I think they wanted to change that image for the more recent seasons. So I see it as reacting to the expectations of the Hungarian audience, not RTL getting more puritan.

I think this contributes to the girls covering up as well. If you want to start an OF, you don't want to show what you have for free. And you cover up because you want to distance yourself from the camgirl image if you don't want to start an OF. 

It's different for the guys. Most of them are/were involved in team sports where they got used to being naked in front of people, and no one expects them to be modest.



Having multiple cameras for the stream and being able to choose the one you want to watch would be a big upgrade for the viewing experience, but are there any reality shows like that? It takes away every last bit of power to control the "story".

Multiple bb franchises have multiple cams. It's normal and possible. VV could easily do it. Other non-BB shows employ the 24/7 multiple cam format option.

VV is a cheap production. Many complaints of the lack of food from participants, lack of space, and the challenges are cost-conscious. The story plot discussion is something that all shows face, but with 1 main feed only, the complaints are more obvious because people are kept from viewing/hearing conversations.

With multiple cams, viewers would be distracted and not necessarily notice any attempts from production to keep a story plot. People get tired of 1 feed that makes no sense. 5 hours on a housemate sleeping while others are awake and talking?

We'll see if VV pays attention to the complaints and takes the feedback from viewers seriously. Let people choose what to watch and no one can complain about being forced to watch something they are not interested in. If a viewer doesn't want to see people shower or have sex, then they can choose another camera. No one would have an excuse to complain if they can change their view of the house.

In my opinion, he didn't deserve to win, Giada and Gari contributed much more to the reality show. But the victory was quite expected. I wish him all the best and that he spends money wisely. A very bad and boring season, but it was interesting to follow with you here. Nowadays, most BB houses have bathrooms where residents can shower unseen behind a door.

Not having enough food and space is intentional, as it was said in an interview with one of the producers. It's there to make them irritated and start the first drama. But it's not like they were starving, it's usually small things like sending them chicken thights when they ask for breasts, sending them one less sweets then there are people, etc.
I agree on everything else being low budget, especially the challanges this year.

I don't follow other versions in real time, so I didn't know about the multicam streams. Let's hope RTL starts offering it from next season, if there's any.

The attempt for them keep relevant by keeping the coupling after the show is all pathetic. Dudu and Dorka acting like they're a family now with her dogs.  After being together for 3 weeks? 

Mario and Lisza kept at it for months milking appearances only to break up before the new season started.

Reni and Geri are together but at least that was a pair for several months and actually might result in a family.

Dudu wants to be on the next season of Nyerő Páros (a game show with celebrity couples), so I expect the Dorka x Dudu relationship to drag on for a looong time.

Think of all the many different camera angles we got for naked or nominated in Big Brother Denmark Season 5. Multiple camera angles is definitely doable.

I just found out that Adi won. I suppose the public opted, as in many parts of the world, for the most respectful participant, which is partly fair but also quite 😴😴😴. It's a shame he didn't even give us a morning erection or anything interesting.
