I think it was honestly an accident on the camera man's part. They were showing people changing and had the shower on the main feed while Gabriel was washing himself.

This show only started becoming censored when they started getting bigger names involved like last year the shower getting removed due to Jade. The chances of them showing Key having sex is very slim

I don't think it is as censored as people make out. There has always been flashes of nudity when changing, and the cameras don't cut out like with other shows.

When there has been more extensive nudity over the years, they have generally shown it. I think it is more the shyness of the contestants and in my opinion we would be seeing more if they covered up less when changing etc.
