Why are all the reality shows these days so censored?

Except that hasnt happened at all. Many of these reality shows are incredibly decadent and pornographic, it is only nudity that has become more censored which as I said previously is due to Americanization which has increased in social media era. 

A good way to think about it: if America never censored tits on its reality shows do you think that all these other countries would suddenly start doing it after not doing so for decades? If American TV started making popular reality with uncensored nudity than all these countries who are now censoring would stop. It has only become normal because censoring nudity in reality TV(even for streaming) is the American media standard.

There is still a lot of show uncensored in Europe but it seems to really change depending of the country

Maybe because of us?! Every nude scene is in the internet forever. That wasn't the case in the first years of reality tv. What would I give to see some of the shower scenes from the first Big Brother seasons. But they are hardly to find anywhere. And if you find a clip, quality is awful.

Great debate. Agree with many views on why, good example the double Dutch editions of Ex on the Beach since 2016 to the latest one this year - what's changed.
One could be regulation too. Early 2010s and 2000s reality TV was new and no one really knew how to handle showing men and women having sex on TV for example. Anyway, lots of valid views.
One day maybe worth even asking the companies themselves cheekily why concept of showing normal people having sex and nudity has become so censored.

The "strange" this is that while reality shows are getting more and more censored, shows like naked attraction which show full uncensored nudity are going more and more mainstream.

So i think it has more to do with the target audiences nowadays. Reality shows like BB,PH etc are aimed towards family friendly, and stuff like Naked Attraction and Adam Seeks Eva is more towards adult audiences

Many of these shows that are censored are not family friendly at all. They are incredibly decadent and sexually explicit but censor nudity. But you are right, it is only shows that have nudist/sex theme that go uncensored now.

And currently I think that sexuality is a symbol of money, that is, it sells and many of its consumers that is what we seek to see, however, there are other reality shows, where more sex is expected and there is nothing, so I don't know what think.

zadruga is the only that stil shows uncensored parts, but in the last seasson there was nothing much

It is a paradox. Why in the world are there shows with fully naked people, but others, which are still rated for adult audiences, that have a blur or a butterfly, or some other nonsense censored symbol. I read all of the possible explanations above, but obviously no one really knows. Maybe someone previously with some production can anonymously fill us in.
