It's a HUGE debate in Argentina. They even talk about it on the Gala and the other houseguest ask as well. In the early days of the show there was a rumor going around that Marcos had a boyfriend who was semi famous but it was never confirmed. He has had opportunity to be with three women in the house but shows no interest.
He really seemed to be in love with Agustin.

Yes, in principle he is. He once said that had been dating a girl since 2019 but they cut off several months before enter Gran Hermano.

Suspicions began because, despite being a very attractive boy, he never tried to conquer any of the girls in the house. Also, he's a very particular boy without fragile masculinity that is not afraid to express his affection towards other men through hugs, caresses or kisses (Thiago was the luckiest, because he's the only person in the house that Marcos said "I love you"). Santiago Del Moro confirmed on his instagram account that he has just renewed his contract with Telefé and that they offered him to be the host of Gran Hermano for the next seasons (until now there was no official information about future editions).

If so, I just hope they learned something from this edition and don't make the same mistakes.
