Only BB finland did this. And BB Sweden 2021 did it for a day or two. They closed down the toilet and the people had to use an outdoor toilet with no walls or anything. Lol. Paradise Hotel is not live but there are some toilet scenes in older seasons. Maybe Voyeur House has it. I'm not a member there. I believe there was one cam with a toilet on that other one, reallifecam.
